Judi Holley - President
Judi is a retired federal employee who has been involved in the Combined Federal Campaign since the 1980s. In addition to her extensive work with CFC federations, she has been a CFC donor and a local CFC volunteer.
Judi's experience leading CFC federations began in the 1990s, when she was a board member and president of Do Unto Others (DUO) – a federation representing international emergency relief, development and humanitarian charities. During her tenure as DUO's president, she participated in the National CFC Committee as the designated representative of her federation. She currently serves on the boards of several CFC federations.
Judi is a long-time participant in non-profit organizations in her home state of Washington. These activities include the Governor's Advisory Council for Vocational Rehabilitation; the Criminal Justice Training Commission; South Puget Sound Cultural Diversity Coalition; several local charities focusing on immigrant education, employment and housing; and the Pierce County Sheriffs Advisory Board.

Ed Novak - Treasurer
A Federal employee for 30 years, Edward Novak has been actively involved in the Combined Federal Campaign – as donor, loaned executive, community campaign leader, and national volunteer. A member of the National CFC Committee, Mr. Novak is also a member of the campaign’s National Advisory Council, which includes senior volunteers from around the nation.
Since 1997, Mr. Novak has been helping to direct the Baltimore area campaign, the fifth largest CFC in the nation. He co-chairs that campaign which, under his leadership, has expanded substantially, both in money raised and percent of the workforce participating.
During his federal career, Mr. Novak has managed operations and policy staffs involved in the administration of a national labor management relations program. In addition, he was directly involved with the development and implementation of an alternative dispute resolution program aimed at addressing and resolving workplace conflict in non-adversarial ways.

Duke Hutchinson - Secretary
Originally from Connecticut, Duke graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Business Administration. He then spent over 25 years in the retail sporting goods management, mostly in the Greater Boston area. In 2000 Duke switched careers, joining Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) as the Campaign Manager for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) of Eastern Massachusetts, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Employees Charitable Campaign (COMECC), and the City of Boston Employees Charitable Campaign (COBECC). He retired from these roles in June, 2013.
Duke grew up in rural Connecticut, directly across the street from a dairy farm. He now lives in Watertown MA, just outside Boston.
Duke has been involved in sports of all kinds since childhood. A competitive runner, he has participated in numerous marathons including Boston, Los Angeles, New York, and London. He is active in the New England running scene and is the past president of a local running club. Duke also volunteers at many running events and is a continual advocate for running as part of a fitness plan for all ages.
